Compared with traditional bags, our Double Gusset Design uses a reduced 8.5 micron thickness while still maintaining bag strength. Please view strength test results below.
Double Gusset Design advantages:
- Reduced recycling impacts.
- Patented design uses a reduced plastic film thickness for greater recyclability without sacrificing holding strength and capacity.
- Less plastic content and film thickness translate to lower production costs.
- Double Gusset design reinforces handles and seams to provide superior holding strength creating weight capacity comparable to bags with almost double the thickness.
Storage:
- Slim case design allows convenient storage.
- Same conventional size is compatible with existing bag dispensers.
